By accessing or using Aiqrion (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aiqrion is an AI workspace platform that provides intelligent chat, document processing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and specialized AI agent capabilities. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• -Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• -Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• -Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• -Use the Service to develop competing products without authorization
• -Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• -Automate access or scrape data without written permission

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and appropriately using any AI-generated output. See our AI Limitations page for more details.

7. Beta Service

Aiqrion is currently in beta. The Service may contain bugs, errors, or downtime. Features may change or be removed without notice. The beta is provided free of charge and may transition to a paid model in the future with advance notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiqrion and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
